Current Positions

CASUAL EDUCATOR

At C3 Victory OOSH, we strive to be a Home Away from Home for children from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our centres are open during the school term before and after school care and also for Vacation Care during the school holidays.  We’re looking for casual educators who share our commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where every child is seen, known, and heard.

This role is more than just supervising—it’s about actively engaging with children, supporting their holistic development, and contributing to a vibrant, child-safe culture. We value educators who bring energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for working with children. A qualification or “working towards” a qualification in Children’s Services is highly desirable as it experience working in education or care setting.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a current Working With Children Check and Police Check prior to commencement.

  • Be available for at least 3 after-school sessions per week (2:30-5:30pm) during school terms.

  • Be ready to work hard, stay present, and contribute to a team that prioritises active supervision, safety, and fun.
